You give this consent with a separate tick when you create an Estate Luma workspace — by email or with Google. Without it no workspace is created. We store when you gave it and which version you accepted.
01Who you give it to

02What data
- Your name or agency name, email and phone if you add one.
- With Google sign-in — your email, name and Google account ID.
- Password hash, sign-in records, IP address and browser data.
- Plan, balance and payment records (never card details).
- Personal data contained in the photos, descriptions, documents and assistant messages you upload.
03Why
Running your workspace, building marketing materials for your properties, the AI assistant, billing, service emails (confirm email, password reset, build ready), security and troubleshooting.
04Where it goes
The workspace runs on a server in the Netherlands, with backups in Germany. To build your materials we pass the necessary data to Anthropic (Claude) and fal.ai in the USA, and to Google if you sign in with Google. These providers do not train their models on it under their API terms.
05How long and how to withdraw
The consent lasts while your workspace is open, plus 30 days after closing it for export and deletion. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to estateluma.io@gmail.com: we stop processing and delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law. Details — in the Privacy Policy.
